I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance. This allows for greater consistency, flexibility, and clinical pacing — especially important in trauma-focused work.
Why Private Pay?
Private-pay therapy supports depth, continuity, and containment without the constraints often imposed by insurance-driven models.
Consultation
A free 30-minute consultation is available to determine fit, answer questions, and discuss whether this approach aligns with your goals.
Therapy doesn’t need to be forced to be effective. Often, healing begins when the body finally feels safe enough to let go.
